Warming up our Wings

These two snowbirds in training are feeding well and exercising our wings for the 5 day journey starting today. We have completed 850 of the 4100 kms and hope to drive about 7 hours a day only, if possible, depending on road and weather conditions.....I will be off line during the day as I have to turn of the data on my iPhone but hopefully can get wireless at night.... It would be hard to be offline for 5 days....I may go into withdrawal....and that would not add to Harvey's in car driving experience. I just checked the weather where we are going and it has only been about 16 but by Jan 2nd it will be 24 so I  think that should erase the memory of blowing snow, shoveling and winter boots. Goodbye Winnipeg, hello North and South Dakota today
